こころとからだの土台をつくる食の会
Each grain of rice, the staole food of the Japanese is a “seed.” “Gohan” is made by cooking the seeds, the source of life.”Onigiri” is made by shaping that rice into a shape that is easy to hold in your hand. “Onigiri” is made with the “heart” of human hands.
In this workshop, we will teach you the tricks of how to make “Onigiri” with love and care, and a cooking method called “layered simmering” vegitables that Japan has brought to us, in accordance with the season, Let’s make simple cooking methods the foundation of everyday meal preparation, relax and enjoy free ideas, and build a foundation for our minds and bodies.

INSTRUCTOR
Naomi Takada, Organizer of Renkonsha
After giving birth 20 years ago, she learned the importance of food to build the foundation of the mind and body, and has been making meals every day with child-rearing meals at the forefront.
Since 2010, she has worked in the food industry as a restaurant cook and a nursery school lunch chef while studying vegetarian cooking.
In 2021, she opened Renkon Cafe, a vegetarian food and snack store.
After three years as the owner, she is now working freelance as “Onigiri no Hito”.
