Would you like to reassess how your body moves daily to maintain better balance? In this workshop, you’ll explore how to move in ways that feel good for your body from various perspectives, developing “balanced movement habits.” Enjoy moving your whole body with Pilates while discovering tips for a healthier daily routine. Each month’s session is suitable for both beginners and those experienced in exercise.

Participation Fee: 2,200 yen per session
After the Pilates session, there will be time to enjoy fermented tea and discuss the session’s theme, posture, and body-related topics. You are welcome to change and leave at your convenience during tea time.

Walking, standing, and other daily movements are opportunities to use various muscles! Upgrade your daily movements—like walking, standing up, or sitting down—into exercises that tone your abdomen, hips, and legs while improving posture. Recommended for those who want to use their muscles as much as possible throughout the day.

Make Your Bag’s Weight Work for You to Achieve a Beautiful Posture While Out and About
Carrying a bag can throw off your balance, leading to discomfort in your shoulders or hips as you walk. Through Pilates, you’ll gain a sense of core strength and balance, helping you understand how to maintain alignment when carrying a bag. Ideal for those who wonder how to find and maintain their center of balance.

With about 18 years of experience in researching and developing body functions, postures, and body shapes at a clothing manufacturer, Mai began teaching Pilates in a hot spring facility studio and through private lessons. After leaving the company, she now runs her own private Mat Pilates studio, S.C. Lounge.
