Singing Bowl Chakra Journey – A Journey Through the Seven Chakras
Singing Bowl Chakra Journey – A Journey Through the Seven Chakras
The singing bowl, a ritual instrument used in Tibetan Buddhism to sharpen the senses and aid in attaining enlightenment, produces overtones that resonate with the water in your body, activating your cells. It purifies both mind and body, guiding you into deep meditation, relaxation, and chakra alignment.
This is a seven-session journey where we explore each of the seven chakras, one per month, through singing bowl meditation, accompanied by sound, scent, and crystals.
