Using the muscles around your arms can help relieve tension in the shoulders, which are connected to them. This pose is made possible by balancing both the body and mind.

August 24th (Saturday)
Relieving Summer Fatigue
The heat continues, but many people find their bodies chilled by air conditioning. Drinking too many cold beverages can also contribute to summer fatigue. Let’s build strength to overcome the summer heat.

September 21st (Saturday)
Hip Joints
Keeping the hips flexible is one of the keys to maintaining good health. If they become stiff, it can lead to falls and injuries. It’s important to keep them supple.

October 19th (Saturday)
Twisting
Yoga features many twisting poses, which are movements we don’t often do in daily life. Twisting helps align the spine and can enhance organ function, among other benefits.

November 23rd (Saturday)
Warming Up
This season brings large temperature differences between morning and evening. As the colder months approach, it’s important to warm the body. Coldness can also disrupt the autonomic nervous system.

December 21st (Saturday)
Rest
As the year comes to an end, it’s a busy and often unsettling time. It’s important to take a moment to pause, breathe deeply, and allow yourself some calm.

INSTRUCTOR

Yumi

With over 20 years of yoga experience, Yumi began practicing yoga after entering the workforce. After her first yoga session, she experienced muscle soreness due to a lack of exercise, but after a week, she felt physically and mentally lighter. She was fascinated by the depth of yoga, which affects not only the body but also the mind. This led her to deepen her practice and obtain her RYT200 certification from the Yoga Alliance.
