DATE

October 18th (Friday)
“Reassess How You Spend Your Day”
Let’s check how we spend 24 hours from the perspective of “body movement.” You will experience the variety of movements your body is naturally capable of and discover “what movements I should add to my daily life.”

November 29th (Friday)
“Learn Body-Friendly Positioning”
Standing, sitting, lying down… we go through various “positions” in a day. By making adjustments to these, you can reduce strain and use your muscles in a balanced way. Recommended for those who want to grasp the sense of “good posture.”

December 13th (Friday)
“Strengthen Your Body with Support and Movement”
In this session, you’ll enjoy the feeling of “strengthening” by using your body’s weight in Mat Pilates. You’ll learn to support your body’s weight in a balanced way, targeting posture and body toning! This session is slightly more intense than others but can be adjusted, so feel free to challenge yourself.

January 17th (Friday)
“Enjoy Movements for Relaxation”
When you want to relax, a body that’s tense from fatigue or cold won’t cooperate. This session focuses on tips for “relaxing and letting go.” It’s also recommended for those who find themselves tensing up.

February 21st (Friday)
“Routine for a Flexible Body”
We’ll loosen and reset joints that have become stiff throughout the day. You’ll learn movements to incorporate before bed or whenever you feel your body has tightened up. Recommended for those who have tried stretching but find it painful.

March 21st (Friday)
“Shape Up with Muscles that Work as You Walk”
Upgrade your daily “walking” into an exercise that tones areas such as your abdomen, hips, and legs. If you want to maximize muscle use during your daily commute, this session is for you.
