Calm the Mind Calme Yoga

The purpose of yoga is to calm the mind.It is the action of calming the waves of the mind.The poses are performed in a relaxed manner, in time with deep breathing, to relieve tension in the mind and body.
There are seven energy centers in the body called chakras, which are said to be activated and energized by yoga. 2025 Calme Yoga will focus on these chakras and seven themes for mental and physical health.

*Each lesson lasts 90 minutes.
*Seasonal tea will be served after the lesson.

More than 20 years of yoga experience.She has been practicing yoga for more than 20 years and started yoga after becoming a working adult.After experiencing yoga for the first time, she felt muscle aches all over her body due to her lack of exercise, but after a week, she felt her body became lighter and her mind lighter, and was fascinated by the depth of yoga that not only changed her body but also affected her mind.She became fascinated with the depth of yoga, which not only changes the body but also affects the mind. She decided to study yoga more deeply and obtained a certification from the Yoga Alliance of America (RYT200).

She has completed Beauty Perfection Professional, Reiki Healing, Yoga Teacher Training, Meditation Basic, Yoga Anatomy Intensive, and Senior Yoga Teacher Training.
